La Vida Llena is a Life Plan Community, formerly known as a CCRC (continuing care retirement community) or a LifeCare Community. More than just a retirement community or nursing home, Life Plan means the assurance of a comprehensive range of onsite, Long-Term Care services which are included in your monthly fee, plus, the cost of additional meals. The community is designed to offer more than one level of senior care at a single community; Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care including Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, short-term care, rehabilitation, long-term nursing, and hospice provided by Del Corazon Hospice.
The Del Corazon Hospice Care Team is dedicated to providing quality care to our patients wherever they call home: a long-term care facility, a retirement community, assisted living, or in their own home.
This continuum of care ensures that the highest quality Long-Term Care services are provided, should you need a higher level of nursing care. Our state licensed, certified skilled and intermediate nursing care center, and caring staff, provide residents with a personalized, quality experience available only at La Vida Llena.
Complemented by wellness and fitness programs designed to promote health, fun and well-being, Life Plan fosters the highest level of health within the adult community.
In addition, one of our founders The Very Reverend John Haverland, established an inspiring idea called The Full Life Foundation. This separate non-profit organization provides help for residents who, through no fault of their own, might exhaust their financial resources and retirement savings. This ensures lifelong residency at La Vida Llena.
Live “The Full Life” knowing that a lifetime of health care services is there when you need it, without moving to a nursing home for assisted living services.
That’s the promise of a Life Plan at La Vida Llena.
